1. Returns & Exchanges (Perfume Products)

👉 Once a product has been purchased or delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or defective product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
Requirements:
- Clear images or unboxing video proof of the issue
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
Important:
- Claims without proper proof may not be accepted
- Claims after 48 hours will not be considered
Resolution:
Once verified, we will offer:
