1. Returns & Exchanges (Perfume Products)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all perfume and fragrance purchases are considered final sale.

👉 Once a product has been purchased or delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

We ensure strict quality checks so every product reaches you in perfect condition.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or defective product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.

Requirements:

• Clear images or unboxing video proof of the issue
• The product must be unused and in original packaging

Important:

• Claims without proper proof may not be accepted
• Claims after 48 hours will not be considered

Resolution:

Once verified, we will offer:

• Replacement, or
• Refund (as applicable)

3. Sale & Discounted Items

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or discounted offers are considered final sale.

👉 These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

• It will be processed within 7–10 working days
• Amount will be credited to your original payment method

Note:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Cancellation is only possible if the order has not been shipped.

👉 Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

6. Fragrance & Packaging Disclaimer

• Fragrance notes may slightly vary due to batch differences or ingredient sourcing
• Scent perception differs from person to person and is subjective
• Minor packaging differences may occur due to updates or availability

👉 These are not considered defects.
